1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Bible Malayalam app (the "App") provided by Nisha Patel ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial devotional use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Donations
- Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable and offered as Monthly ($1.99), Quarterly / 3 months ($4.99), and Yearly / 12 months ($9.99) plans. A Lifetime one-time (non-consumable) purchase is also available for $29.99.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing/Canceling. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments. All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. We do not process or store your payment details.
- Restore. Previously purchased Premium/Lifetime entitlements can be restored via the App's "Restore" option using the same Apple ID.
- Donations are voluntary, do not unlock features, and are non-refundable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
- Price changes may apply and will be communicated as required by the App Store; renewals after a change require your consent where mandated.
4. AI "Ask Divine" — Disclaimer
Ask Divine responses are generated by an automated AI system and are provided for general reflection only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of context, and are not a substitute for professional, theological, medical, legal, or pastoral advice. Always verify against Scripture and trusted counsel.
5. Scripture & Content
Bible text and related content are provided for personal devotional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the content of the App without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers, or using it in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, features, and trademarks are owned by Nisha Patel or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisha Patel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or its features at any time if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
